Break the Cycle
Refusers of passed down dysfunction.
Healers of generational trauma.
Creators of new timelines.
Breakers of Cycles…
Pattern recognition is perhaps the most fundamentally important aspect of human evolution.
From building Megalithic structures aligned with the movement of the sun to mark the solstices so we can reap a successful harvest, to discovering mathematical languages embedded in nature to invent a plethora of technology.
They have allowed us to transcend the food chain and create global civilisations.
But they also create viscous cycles.
An infamous one being that Strong men create good times, good times create weak men, weak mean create hard times and hard times create strong men. And so on.
How do we break the cycles in our lives? From negative thought patterns to unconscious behaviours?
That’s a question subjective to each of us.
But we all have one thing in common - the ability to focus.
“What you resist, persists”
Carl Jung seemed to answer this question in 4 words. That if we feed our problems with all our energy they become insurmountable to us. We give them our power.
But when we make that liberating decision of shifting our focus on creating the new rather than fighting the old.
We take our first step on the path of Freedom.
Walk it with me.
